1. Production & Assembly Time
Every Brick Stems car kit is "Made to Order." Unlike mass-produced toys, our sets undergo a manual piece-sorting and quality-check process to ensure every specialized brick is included and fits perfectly.
- Standard Processing: Please allow 10 business days for our team to assemble and verify your specific kit before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Why it takes time: We manually inspect the high-quality bricks to guarantee a seamless building experience. This precision engineering cannot be rushed.
2. Shipping Timelines
Once your order has completed the production phase, it will be dispatched via our trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days once the package leaves our facility.
- Total Wait Time: You should expect your Brick Stems project to arrive approximately 15–17 business days after your initial order date.
3. Tracking Your Build
As soon as your set is finished and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status once they receive the package.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your car kit and your delivery location. We offer flat-rate shipping options to keep your costs transparent and predictable.
5. Address Accuracy
Because our production process is so intensive, we ask that you double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once the 10-day production window is complete and the item has shipped.
