- Limited Quantities: Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Brick Stems are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Missing Piece Guarantee
At Brick Stems, we pride ourselves on quality. If your car kit arrives with a missing or defective brick, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will ship the replacement parts to you at no additional cost.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and instructions included.

If you send certain specific submissions (for example, photos of your custom builds) or creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those materials in any medium.
